ARK Specialist Services was founded in 2007 as an independent consultancy practice. Based near to Petersfield, Hampshire, we offer a range of services related to Energy Use and Performance of Buildings. We are ideally located for clients along the south coast from Southampton to Brighton. To the north, Reading and Central London are within an hour's travelling time.

Our Carbon Footprint

We have calculated our Carbon Footprint for the period April 2009-March 2010 as 4.43 tCO₂e.

Scope 1 emissions due to

Heating Fuel of 1.17 tCO₂e

Company Car Travel of 2.30 tCO₂e.

Scope2 emissions due to Electricity use of 0.82 tCO₂e

Scope 3 emissions due to Company Travel (by train) of 0.14 tCO₂e.

Alan Kiff

Alan is the founder of and Senior Consultant with ARK Specialist Services. He holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Cybernetics and Control Engineering, a Masters degree in Building Services Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Energy Management. He is a Chartered Engineer, a qualified Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessor and is a Carbon Trust accredited consultant with more than 7 years experience of commercial energy management.

Rebecca Kiff

Rebecca is the Company Secretary and finance administrator.

She holds a degree in Habitat and Soil Management and has extensive experience of organic management and testing of commercial crops.
